Sea-Doo 20-Pin Connector Press Tool – Installation Aid or 3D Printing File

If the 20-pin connector on your Sea-Doo is extremely tight or difficult to connect by hand, this reusable press tool makes installation much easier.

The tool fits around the male and female sides of the connector, allowing you to press them together evenly until the connector is fully seated and securely locked. This reduces the risk of damaging the connector housing, locking mechanism or wiring.

The complete tool consists of four parts. Two parts attach around the male connector and two parts attach around the female connector. After the connector is locked together, the tool can be removed and reused whenever needed.

It is especially useful when installing the Sea-Doo Maintenance Extension Cable or working with tight 20-pin connectors during maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
