Sea-Doo Spark Maintenance Extension Cable 2014-2025
Sea-Doo Spark Maintenance Cable Extension – 20-Pin
Work on your Sea-Doo with the upper deck removed while keeping the original electrical system connected.
The SparkExtension maintenance harness gives you the additional cable length needed to start, stop and troubleshoot the watercraft while the upper deck is removed.
It is ideal for engine servicing, electrical diagnostics, testing after repairs and other maintenance where the upper deck would normally restrict access.
Plug-and-Play Installation
The extension harness uses matching male and female 20-pin connectors and installs directly between the original factory connectors.
Simply disconnect the factory deck connector, connect the extension harness between the two original connectors and position the upper-deck controls safely beside the watercraft.
Retains Original Functions
When connected correctly, the harness retains the functions carried through the original 20-pin deck connector, including:
- Gauge cluster
- Start and stop controls
- Throttle control
- DESS key post
- Other functions connected through the main deck harness
This allows the Sea-Doo to be started and tested while the upper deck is removed.
On compatible models, the iBR, VTS and brake-lever functions may use a separate electrical connector.
The standard 20-pin harness does not extend this separate connection. A secondary iBR extension cable may be required to test the brake lever, reverse system, iBR or VTS. The separate cable is not required simply to start and run the Sea-Doo.

Important Safety Information
This product is intended for maintenance, servicing and diagnostic use.
Operating a watercraft with the upper deck removed exposes hot, electrical and moving components. Keep the cable, connectors, tools, clothing and body parts away from the engine, driveline, exhaust system and other moving or heated components.
Do not operate the watercraft on the water with the upper deck removed. Follow the manufacturer’s service procedures and use appropriate cooling-water arrangements when running the engine outside the water.
